Alvar is the Head of Food Technology department at Natural Machines with experience in 3D food printing (3DFP) technology and a pioneer in the development of laser cooking. He also collaborates as an associate professor in the department of Animal and Food Science at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Alvar has interest to study the potential of 3DFP in health and care areas to improve life quality through balanced nutrition.
