Pam Coleman has more than 30 years in the food industry as a scientist, technical manager and business executive, focused on generating reliable scientific evidence and managing projects in food innovation and safety/quality. Pam is employed by Merieux NutriSciences as their Managing Director for Biofortis, heading their client facing clinical research team which is focused on the human health impact of foods, ingredients, supplements and bioactive compounds. Coleman is a Certified Food Scientist, a long time member and leader within the Institute of Food Technologists, currently serving on the Board of Directors as the Past President. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences as well as a masters degree in business management.
